As Pasticceria Tosi, we are long-standing members of the Parma City of Gastronomy Club, contributing to the promotion of our Food Valley’s identity, the district of flavor that makes Parma a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy. In this journey, we are proud that our Sweet Focaccia—born right here in our workshops—has become a recognized landmark of Parma’s gastronomy over time. It is our way of honoring this culture of craftsmanship: a daily commitment driven by passion to preserve the authentic flavors that define our territory.
