When spring begins and throughout the Easter period, our Focaccia magically transforms into “Colomba”.
A traditional home-made Italian cake that we produce following a patient and meticulous craftsmanship with selected ingredients, and no preservatives.

The soft fragrant dough, thanks to the daily regenerated yeast  from over fifty years ago, is slightly soaked with maraschino and enriched with candied fruit - apricot, pineapple and orange peel. It is combined with the crisp taste of granulated sugar: is this harmonious mix that makes the Colomba unique.
