From 4th to 7th May 2006 in Parma, capital of the italian "food valley" and headquarters of the European Authority for Food Safety (EFSA), the 13th edition of the international food fair CIBUS 2006 returned.
The exibition took place along with DOLCE ITALIA 2006, the most important fair for the Italian sweet industry and the focal point for all the italians in the trade and the principle professionists in the world, gathered here to confirm the success and prestige of the traditional Italian cake industry.
